De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 1500 kg.
Kopers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor de demontage van hun kavels. Bij kavels zwaarder dan 1,5 ton dient de koper zelf een passende heftruck of hijskraan te organiseren.
Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
