• Het is een veiling die alleen via veiling wordt uitgevoerd. Er is geen uitweg georganiseerd;
• Tijdens de veiling kunnen actieve bieders telefonisch of schriftelijk worden benaderd om biedingen te verifiëren en een bankafschrift aan te vragen. Dit beschermt zowel de bieder als het biedproces. Het is daarom belangrijk dat bieders tijdens de veiling bereikbaar zijn. Troostwijk behoudt zich het recht voor om accounts te blokkeren en biedingen te verwijderen. In dat geval kan een bieder die eerder de hoogste bieder was maar overbodde, weer de hoogste bieder worden en aan de afspraak worden gehouden.
• Nadat de klant is toegekend, moet de volledige aankoopprijs (100%) binnen 48 uur worden betaald;
• Na ontvangst van betaling wordt de aankoopovereenkomst opgesteld door een lokale notaris; • De betaling van de overige kosten moet worden gedaan na ondertekening van de koopovereenkomst;
• Let op: een uitgebrachte bieding is onvoorwaardelijk en onherroepelijk;
• 21% btw wordt geheven over de veilingkosten;
• Deze verkoop wordt geleverd met een 'zoals het is, waar is'-clausule;
