How does automatic bidding work?
You set the maximum amount you're willing to pay for a lot. The system automatically places the lowest possible bid needed to keep you in the lead, up to your max bid.

If someone places a higher bid, automatic bidding raises your bid just enough to stay ahead, until your max bid is reached.

Can I cancel my automatic bid after I place it?
Bids that have already been placed are binding, but you can cancel at any time.
To cancel, place a new manual bid for the next minimum bid amount required to take the lead. This will override your automatic bid and cancel it.
