• Het betreft een veiling enkel per opbod. Er wordt geen afslag georganiseerd;
• Tijdens de veiling kunnen wij actieve bieders telefonisch of schriftelijk benaderen om biedingen te controleren en om bankverklaringen te vragen. Dit doen we om bieders en het biedproces te beschermen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je als bieder bereikbaar bent tijdens de veiling. Troostwijk behoudt zich het recht voor om accounts te blokkeren, tijdens de veiling.
• Na gunning van de opdrachtgever dient er binnen 24 uur een aanbetalingsnota van 30% van de koopsom te worden gestort, + veilingkosten dienen betaald te worden;
• Na ontvangst van de aanbetaling wordt de koopovereenkomst opgesteld en ondertekent bij een notaris in Duitsland;
• De aangestelde notaris stuurt een koopcontract inclusief datum van de notariële overschrijving, als de hoogste bieder hier niet fysiek aanwezig kan zijn, dient het koopcontract via een apostille ondertekend te worden. Deze moet twee weken na ontvangst correct zijn ingediend bij de notaris. Anders kunnen ze automatisch in gebreke worden gesteld.
• Betaling van de overige kosten dient te geschieden na ondertekening koopovereenkomst;
