• Het betreft een veiling enkel per opbod. Er wordt geen afslag georganiseerd;
• Tijdens de veiling kunnen actieve bieders telefonisch of schriftelijk worden benaderd ter verificatie van biedingen en voor het opvragen van een bankverklaring.
