CNC special machine for machining roller bearing cages. The plant has a processing unit for horizontal and vertical processing with an automatic pallet changing system. Using two NC rotary tables (A and B axis), workpieces are precisely positioned and swivelled between loading and machining positions.

Loading is carried out via an automatic pallet changer with a separate loading station. The plant is equipped with extensive peripherals, including a high-pressure coolant system, hydraulic unit, chip conveyor, recooling system, central lubrication and oil and emulsion mist extraction.

The system is controlled by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D, and the entire system is coordinated by a Siemens S7 control system.
