In Oudenaarde, Taprigo's business is offered in bankruptcy, consisting of 2 departments, being the interior design store and the painting department.
The interior design store includes the contents according to inventory list (lines 402 to 451), the clientele, the trade name and the possibility to conclude a new lease with the owner as well as the right to start negotiations with the 2 staff members.
The painting department includes the household effects according to inventory list (lines 1 to 401) and the possibility to start negotiations with the staff (5 experienced painters).
In addition to the business fund, one or more vehicles can be taken over.
Please note that the exemption from VAT is only applicable if the business is taken over in full.
