Data center out of bankruptcy The data center consists of the following components. Connectivity - Redundant fiber connections with all major telecom operators in Belgium: o Proximus o Telenet o Orange o Base - Redundant Dark fibre via Eurofiber (capacity of several 10 Gbps possible) - Dark fibre available (for the building) via Arcadiz Power The electricity supplier is currently Lampiris in Belgium - 2500 kVA transformer - Extra capacity available / Own electricity box. Emergency power - SDMO 700 kVA (brand new) UPS - 2 x APC Symmetra PX 500 (brand new, 2018) Cooling Double Climaventa 3000 (glycol) cooling system with expansion tank. - Climate chambers for hot aisle containment Racks - Hot aisle containment setup (original APC cubes) - APC racks, with electronic doors, can be managed per rack with key cards - Each rack has 2 x 32 A PDUs for power supply (fully remote controllable) (on/off/consumption, etc.) - APC software included for managing power supply, rack access, etc. Routers/firewalls Cisco Equipment Needs to be upgraded (preferably: approx. 50 K) Initial investment - € 6.5 million has been invested in the data center in 3 phases Maximum capacity 200 racks in a hot aisle containment setup Security Group access to the facility; Group access to the racks - Outside: CCTV cameras installed, central surveillance with alarms; Inside: CCTV cameras installed, central surveillance with alarms. Fire alarm - Gas extinguishing system installed The data center is offered in its entirety and can be visited by appointment via email address p.paternotte@troostwijkvavato.com

If the candidate also wishes to discuss the possibility of taking over the lease, he must report for a separate transfer under the supervision of Immo-Auctions (BIV 505419) Please provide the following clarification and confirmation of the terms: The full identity of the party making the offer; You are aware that legal proceedings are ongoing regarding the eviction of the rented property at Vrijheidweg 4, 3700 Tongeren, and that this is an issue that must be resolved by the bankruptcy estate of Edulut. The buyer must therefore also undertake to completely vacate the rented property within 30 days of acceptance of the offer (without causing damage to the property). For each month that starts after this period, an occupancy fee of 1,000.00 euros per month is due, without prejudice to the right of the bankruptcy estate to recover the actual damage from the buyer if the property is not vacated (in time). Upon acceptance of the offer, the total purchase price must be paid immediately, with the retention of title in favour of the bankruptcy estate remaining in force until full payment has been made.
