Bystronic - ByStar 4020 - Industrial CNC laser cutting system for sheet metal - 2009

Designed for precision operations on metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. It is a CO₂ laser machine with a very large working area (approx. 4000 × 2000 mm, i.e. 4 × 2 meters) ideal for series production or large panels. : Bystronic CNC control for programming and managing machining, high-precision motorized axes for fast and smooth positioning, and auxiliary solutions such as table management and integrated suction/cooling systems. ByLaser 4400 laser source = the 4.4 kW CO₂ laser that provides the beam for cutting; is a laser source integrated into the ByStar. About 50 square meters are needed for the placement of the machine. The total weight of the complete plant is about 20 tons.
