Historic 30-metre steel freighter from 1875. Technical specifications: Length 30 m; Width: 4.85 m (Freycinet gauge); Draught: 2.75 m; Air draught: 22 m; Weight: 162 tons; Headroom: 2.20 m from stern to bow. This ship, rich in history, since its conception in Sweden in 1875, was successively a steam cement freighter, then, once rigged in 3 masts, then a schooner, became a mail ship and then a floating church to evangelize the Baltic islands. In 1996, it was powered by a Volvo Penta 460 HP diesel and completely converted into a pleasure boat to sail and fly around the world. The boat can accommodate 10 people divided into 5 cabins, in conditions of exceptional comfort. It is sold with its furniture, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, ready to live in. It also has a real vocation to host a professional project, catering, events, associations, or rentals.
