The world's smallest gradient cycler, the TC-3000G, will contain a 96-well half-plate, in a horizontal format, so it offers 8 columns for annealing temperature optimization and 6 rows for optimizing reagents such as MgCl2 and primer concentrations. Annealing temperatures can be optimized over a 15°C gradient between 20 and 80°C temperatures. Gradient Block - A gradient of up to 15°C between temperatures of 20 and 80°C can be set, allowing any protocol to be optimized within a single experiment. New Software - Allows you to add a gradient to any temperature step in the program.
