Very complete original Mercedes-Benz 3.0L 6-cylinder turbodiesel engine, type OM603, recognizable by casting number 603 011 10 01. This engine was used in the W124 300D/300TD Turbo and W126 300SD/SDL, among others, and is known for its power, smooth running and reliability. The engine is in neat, dry condition and is complete with turbo, injection pump, fuel filter housing, pipes, flywheel and crankcase. Ideal for restoration, overhaul or as a replacement engine for classic and youngtimer Mercedes models. The OM603 is the successor to the famous OM617 and was considered by Mercedes to be one of the most refined diesel engines of the 80s. Rare in complete and neat condition – interesting for classic car restorations, export or overhaul projects. How do I place a bid?
