About this lot

Gas fryer with an open cabinet and 2 × 18-liter oil tanks. The worktop is made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, with a 2 mm thickness. The tanks are also made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, featuring rounded edges for easier fat collection and a waterproof protection system fixed to the worktop to simplify cleaning operations. The large cold zone allows the oil to maintain its quality for a longer time and makes it easier to remove food residues after frying. All models are equipped with a safety thermostat and thermostatic oil temperature control (90–190 °C) to keep the oil temperature within safe parameters. The oil draining system is easy to use and includes a stainless steel oil container and filter. The gas version is equipped with internal burners: cast iron burners with horizontal flame, thermostatic temperature control (90–190 °C), safety valve and thermocouple. Automatic ignition with pilot light and piezoelectric igniter. How do I place a bid?

What is reserve price?

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

What costs are added to my bid?

In addition to your bid, additional costs are incurred in the form of a buyer's premium percentage and VAT. These percentages vary depending on the country. VAT is applied to both your bid and the buyer's premium. What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.
