During concrete pouring, air is inevitably trapped in the mortar and between the mortar and the formwork. To ensure that as little air as possible is trapped in the concrete mixture, the vibration technique can be used during pouring, which ensures that the solid components in the mortar are placed in a rapid back and forth movement, as it were.
