About this lot

Contact: Alexander Kosir/ +436641029345/ a.kosir@tbauctions.comI Induction hardening machine for ZF shafts or components with similar dimensions Feeding: The machine is operated from the front, and the workpieces are placed in holders on the turntable for machining. The rotary indexing table feeds the workpiece into the machine for machining. The machined parts are removed at the same station. The light display located directly above the operator is used to sort the workpiece as an OK or non-OK part. Hardening 1: Once the rotary indexing table is positioned, the recirculating ball indexing table lowers the mixer into position. A weighted top counterweight rests on the part, preventing it from lifting. The part is controlled by a magnetic coupling below of the rotary indexing table. A sensor checks the correct rotation. An inductor heats the part to the set hardening temperature. The recirculating ball indexing table lifts the hardened part into position. Once the part is hardened, the recirculating ball rail table moves to the up position. Tempering: Once the rotary indexing table is positioned, the recirculating ball rail table lowers the mixer into position. One Weighted top counterweight rests on the part and prevents it from lifting. The part is replaced by a magnetic coupling under the rotary indexing table. A sensor checks the correct rotation. An inductor heats the part to the set temperature. The ball screw table is inserted into the upper position. Hardening 2: Once the rotary indexing table is positioned, a pneumatic actuator (4) lowers the hardener (5) onto the part. First the part is cooled to room temperature with a coolant. It is then dried with compressed air.

Frequently asked questions

How do I place a bid?

You can easily participate in the auction through the website. Log in as usual and navigate to the lot of your choice. On the right side of the screen, you will find 'Bid' and 'Auto Bid.' Click on 'How does this work' for more information about automatic bidding.

Click on 'Bid' to see the total amount of your bid, including the buyer's premium and VAT. After accepting the general terms and user conditions by checking the box, click 'Confirm' to place the bid.

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

What costs are added to my bid?

In addition to your bid, additional costs are incurred in the form of a buyer's premium percentage and VAT. These percentages vary depending on the country. VAT is applied to both your bid and the buyer's premium. Before confirming your bid, you will always receive an overview detailing all relevant amounts associated with your bid, including the final total. This way, you are fully informed about the total amount of your bid.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.
