• Grondbezit en permanente verblijfsrechten zijn beschikbaar voor alle EU-burgers. Notaris- en juridische kosten zullen ongeveer €800 (volledig inclusief) bedragen voor EU-burgers. Niet-EU-burgers kunnen ook grond bezitten door een niet-handelsvennootschap Ltd. in Bulgarije te vormen. Kosten en voorwaarden variëren voor niet-EU-burgers, vraag informatie aan vóór het bieden.
