Fiat/Ferrari - Dino - Dino 2.4 - Oldtimer

This car, designed by Bertone, was manufactured at the Ferrari factory in Modena. In order to be allowed to participate in the Formula 2 championships with a six-cylinder engine, Ferrari had to build a quota of production cars with the specifications of this engine. The help of Fiat was called in who initially made the model with a 2000cc 6 cyl. in Turin. After all, Ferrari's capacity in Modena was not sufficient. However, the version from Turin did not achieve the intended quality and it was decided to manufacture the Fiat Dino 2.4 (with a more powerful engine) in Modena. So this car was built in Modena. the Dino comes from the 6 cyl. engine designed by Dino Ferrari (son of Enzo). Due to the death of Dino, all Ferrari 6 cyl. engines are called dinosaurs. The engine of this car has already been completely overhauled and the previous owner took the car to a body shop for restoration. Due to lack of time and too long a duration, the car came back unfinished. All parts are included with the vehicle. The papers are complete and can therefore be imported into any European country.
