About this lot
• The former restaurant ship North Palace, branded 11190 B A 1992.
• The dimensions are approx. 30.00 meters long and 12.00 meters wide. With a total of 4 decks, the total area is approximately 1,200 square meters.
• This type of vessel is a pontoon and built by Northland Dutch Yacht Builders between 1991 and 1993. A surface thickness measurement was carried out in October 2023. The results of this report can be found in the data room.
• In the past, the ship has housed the iconic Chinese restaurant 'North Palace'. The ship has not been in use since 2013.
• With a view to a new function, drawings were made in July 2020 to transform the restaurant into a hotel or to give it an alternative use. These concept drawings can be found in the data room. There has been no further testing of the feasibility of this.
• Notarial guidance: Since this ship is registered at the Land Registry's office, VDB Notarissen will be appointed as notary for the handling and delivery if the contract is awarded.
