Boat was taken out of the water three years ago and has been under a tarp ever since. Unfortunately, a large amount of rainwater has run into it. So this is a fixer-upper. Photos inside are from before the water damage. Plot is located at a location elsewhere (Oosterhout NB) and is ready for transport. We advise you to use the viewing day in order to be able to make your own judgment regarding the condition. Please contact us before the viewing day to make an appointment. Or before the pick-up time, after the payment has been made, you will receive the address where the lot can be picked up.
