• It is an auction only by auction. No exit is organized;
• During the auction, active bidders may be contacted by telephone or in writing to verify bids and to request a bank statement. This serves to protect both the bidder and the bidding process. In that case, a bidder who was previously the highest bidder but outbid can then become the highest bidder again and be kept to the bargain.
