About this lot

Equipped with 4-Cil "Iveco" Diesel engine 2.8 ltr. 125hp; 6 manual gears; high/low/ultra-low; rear axle/center lock lock; cruise control; tow bar; spare wheel; Cargo box size: 2400x2000mm;
Remarks:
Scam 4x4 3500kg van with high, low and ultra low gearing. Center lock and rear lock. Unique in the Netherlands! There are only a few of them according to the RDW, you see them especially in the Alpine regions because of their extreme terrain skill! The Scam is largely identical to the Iveco daily 4x4, exactly the same gearbox, engine and axles. These are produced for Iveco by Scam in Italy. They have the standard Iveco 2.8 turbo diesel engine with 125hp and 6-speed gearbox. These commercial vehicles are often converted into overland 4x4 campers because they can go practically anywhere and are very solid. The considerable ground clearance, good Exit & Approach angle with a large number of gears makes this a Top Offroad 4x4 Camper This example has run few kilometers and has belonged to the water board in NL, so it has always been neatly maintained! New MOT until uni 2026! It is fitted with Michelin XZL 255x100x16 tyres of 1 metre in diameter and therefore has generous ground clearance. The rims are completely blasted, kicked (galvanized) and industrially coated so they will never rust again. There is a differential lock in the rear axle and transfer case. The transfer case can be switched in high, low and ultra low. It is just on B driver's license and weighs 2600kg. The scam has electric windows and cruise control for extra comfort. The cargo box is 200x240, there are 7 seats on registration. The rear seat is now separate, that space was used as a cargo space. See photos with wooden plate. This one is also there. It is easy to inspect to 5 tons if you want to build a heavy camper. (PLEASE NOTE! this vehicle has a license plate registration, when you pick it up you must register it on the spot with a third party or export it, there are extra costs involved)

Frequently asked questions

How do I place a bid?

You can easily participate in the auction through the website. Log in as usual and navigate to the lot of your choice. On the right side of the screen, you will find 'Bid' and 'Auto Bid.' Click on 'How does this work' for more information about automatic bidding.

Click on 'Bid' to see the total amount of your bid, including the buyer's premium and VAT. After accepting the general terms and user conditions by checking the box, click 'Confirm' to place the bid.

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

What costs are added to my bid?

In addition to your bid, additional costs are incurred in the form of a buyer's premium percentage and VAT. These percentages vary depending on the country. VAT is applied to both your bid and the buyer's premium. Before confirming your bid, you will always receive an overview detailing all relevant amounts associated with your bid, including the final total. This way, you are fully informed about the total amount of your bid.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.
