About this lot
Basic bulletproof helmet style MICH with ear protection. Front rail for camera or night vision mount, side rails for flashlight. Velcro stickers for various uses. Level IIIA (up to .44MAG calibre). The helmet is made out of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene that is lightweight, doesn't absorb humidity and doesn't deteriorate with UV light. Adjustable with straps, padded inside. Size L - fits 56-61cm head circumference, about 85% of adults. Weights 1.5kg. Army green. Disclaimer - The helmet has been tested by an independent company according to NIJ standards and passed without a problem. You can see that in the video below. However, the helmet has not been tested in an official NATO standards accredited testing facility, does not carry an official certificate and therefore is not deemed military material and is meant for hobby/ collectors/ private use only.
