business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Germany on their total purchase. All items are sold in the condition in which they lie and stand. It is expressly pointed out that no complete inventory and verification of the functionality of the auction objects was carried out.
