Remarks
Wisconsin AHH retro motorcycle size 3 5/8 x 4" was built
between 1940 and 1950.
These engines were specifically developed during the Second World War, when the purchase of engines from Germany was no longer possible. The British introduced these engines as an alternative, making them a crucial role in that turbulent period.
This was the period when Wisconsin engines such as the AHH series were most commonly produced for use in agricultural equipment, generators, and industrial equipment.
With these specifications, the engine would have a reasonable power, probably in the range of 8 to 12 hp that was typical for these engines at the time.
This vintage object lends itself perfectly as a decorative piece. The engines are in fact almost new and, with some care and inspection, would even still function. They can be given a second life, provided they receive the necessary attention and love.
- Operation unknown, can serve as a decorative piece
