All kitchens and bathrooms (or parts) are without accessory and decorationmaterials unless the text suggests different.
Lots 12-14, 25-107 and 116 are located at the 1st floor.
For the lots 12, 13, en 14 buyers have to pay an obligatory dismantling price of €250,- . The kitchen will be dismantled and will be put on the 1st floor and can be picked up on December 3rd 2009.
For lot 31 buyers have to pay an obligatory dismantling price of €150,-, will be dismantled and will be put on the 1st floor and can be picked up on December 3rd 2009.
